Yes, the file location is setup in the EFT Section of the checkbook setup (Financial>Cards>Checkbook - click the EFT Button).  Once there you can click on the Paybles Option and you'll see in that setup where to change the output location of the file:

Hello!

We have begun testing the EFT email option and are wondering if there is a way we can edit the attachment name? As it is now, the attachment that gets sent lists it's from Program Files etc.....(see attached).

We are testing with the AP Departments email account. Please let me know if you need any more info from my end.
