My company currently does not use leave manager in GP PR but plans to in the future. However, until than I am trying to determine a way to have the pay statements show the PTO/SICK balances on the pay statements.  Is there a way other a leave manager to upload a excel file into GP PR to get the PTO/SOCK balances on the pay statements?

    If yes, how?

Have you looked into Dynamics GP's PTO Manager? PTO Manager is part of the Human Resources and Payroll Suite and can be added to your install.

Once you have done the basic configuration, getting the balances into GP from an Excel spreadsheet and printing it on the paystub is fairly straight forward.
