I would try and narrow it down a bit more and generate a dexsql.log file. Is the client's system highly customized?
@Dawn SchwarzOK, there is a Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.TaxEngine.exe in a clean install of Microsoft Dynamics GP. As this is provided by Microsoft you are going to need to follow up with them.I would suggest a repair or re-install of the application and if you still have problems, contact Microsoft Support.Regards
So I can have a better understanding of what or when to use DEXSSQL.LOG – Would this process be used more for error messages within GP, versus windows errors?
