In GP2018 and have granted the attached security Admin_Company_013*.  However, this does not allow the user to setup workflows or make changes within GP.  She can get to the Workflow Maintenance window but none of the workflows exist.  Any ideas what security I am missing?  Setting up AP Workflow and in test is Poweruser so we didn't have this issue.

    Thanks,

It is not security. You will need the Power User or sa to first assign her as a Manager of the Workflow Type in Workflow Maintenance. Once that is done and she opens the Workflow Maintenance Window, the workflows(s) that she is assigned as a manager will show up. A User can only see/edit the workflows in Workflow Maintenance for which they are assigned as a manager

That is correct. This is by design, in that the intent is to limit the number of users that can create and modify workflows, because A) Normally, we're not going to need to go into the Workflow Maintenance window and add or make changes all that frequently and B) It limits the potential for users to be able to go into the Workflow Maintenance window and change approval steps or conditions to be something the customer doesn't actually want to happen. This way, if a change is made, there is only a limited number of users that could've made the change.

A PowerUser role user, such as sa and DYNSA, will be able to see all the workflow types in the Workflow Maintenance window.

For non-PowerUser users, they would only see those workflow types where they are setup as a workflow manager on.

    Thanks
