    ​​Hey All,

    I'm wondering if anyone has implemented Rockton Toolbox Security Manager and had any issues with the data loading extremely slow, to the point of not being able to use it all?

    On both the server and client, the initial data load when accessing Security Manager took upwards of 2 hours.  Then when simply trying to do a simple task like switch the company or choose users, etc, it takes over 30 minutes for the data to display.

    We have 4 cpu cores and are hitting 95% utilization when this data is trying to load.  I've checked for the system requirements, but all I'm finding is that the requirements are that of Dynamics.

    Any insight?

    Have you got the latest version installed?

    Have you contacted Rockton Software for support?

    Always best to contact the developer when you have issues so they can work with you to sort it.

    We use it and I've never seen it take this long.  I contacted Rockton about another potential issue and they were prompt in getting an engineer on the phone to work with me and resolve the issue.  I would call their technical support line.  Very pleasant and easy to work with.

    Is your issue resolved, if so can you share any details?

    Seems plausible this could be caused if your environment contains extensive customizations including triggers, Rockton triggers may conflict.
