Hello All,

I'm new to GP's Smartlist feature and I was wondering if there is a guide somewhere that would show me how the ins-and-outs of Smartlist Builder works. For example, right now I'm trying to build a Smartlist that would pull data from both sales transactions and receivable transactions, but from what I can gather based on my internet research, I would need to somehow link these two tables together by a common field(s)? If there is a beginner's/intermediate guide somewhere that would show me the various functions available in Smartlist Builder for me to play around with, then it would be fantastic for me to learn instead of spending countless hours researching on the internet.

As Jo pointed out, the manual is a great place to start.  Wanted to just point you to a few other resources that might help you as well.

1. We have an article that will walk you through the difference between the Left Outer and Equals table join:  Tech Tuesday: Table Joins in SmartList Builder | eOne Solutions

3. We have sample templates that you can import and use or learn from if you would like.  There isn't anything there to bring together SOP and RM, but might be others that are helpful.  Download SmartList Builder Now | SmartList Builder | eOne Solutions
