    Hello All,
    I am in need of assistance once again.
    We are having an issue with a user's GP2016 r2 desktop in the "Todo" list displaying workflow items that are already processed or deleted.
    We need to remove these bogus items from the users GP2016 r2 desktop.
    Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Mark,

    Unfortunately if you have the to-do list enabled, I believe that once an item is added, GP does not update it if anything changes, the user would need to mark it as complete or delete it.
