@Vicki HillaryIf your usual security is in place, i.e. Payables folks can't see Payroll Info then they should not even see the Employee option in the drop-down.
HOWEVER, if they can (and I don't have time to test that right now), you can train the users to access the internet information window from whichever master record (Customer Address Card, Vendor Address Card) that they are working on and then use Field Level Security and lock that drop down box.

I have been asked to grant access to the Internet Information window so that our Accounts Payable staff can add email addresses for our vendors. I do not want to grant access to the other items available through this window such as Employees. is there a way to restrict what a user can access in this window?
