Issue viewing PDF Attachments

    I have a single staff who is experiencing and issue previewing attached documents in "Purch-Inquiry-transaction by vendor".  She can attach the document here and everyone else can preview it but she gets the attached Adobe error when trying to preview.  I have verified it is not permissions (this was working two days a go) by assigning her Power User access to test and received the same result.  When she exits the system after these steps she get the other error I have attached.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe as well.

    Hi Dave,

    Is this on a local workstation?
    Can you maybe try clearing the %TEMP% folder and see if it helps?

    I've encountered something similar, and found that clearing the user's temp folder helpful.

    It is on an RDS server not local PC.  I will check the temp file on her sign on and let you know.

    Also, make sure there is sufficient free disk space on the server.
