We are looking for a light weight POS/point of sale solution for one of our operating units. We need to capture sales transaction detail, collect payment from some customers at transaction time and invoice others. We need a better way to manage the transactions, billing, and are looking for a GP integrated tool to make the back office more efficient. We currently use Square to collect CC payments and have a cash register onsite as well. We need a more wholistic solution for our growing business. Below are some of our requirements.

Maintain customer data with preferred pricing by customer or group of customers

Maintain product and pricing detail (no need for inventory on-hand tracking but would like to manage inventory in the future)

Add new customer at point of sale transaction

Electronic invoicing

I forgot to mention mobile payment as one of our requirements. When we initially looked into Compass about a year ago they did not offer a mobile payment option. I will follow up with them to see if anything has changed. I appreciate your response.
