Is there a report or smartlist that I can run to see who set up a new vendor?

Out of the BOX - NO....

You need to use a 3rd party auditor like that in Rockton, FastPath etc.
You could also develop your own DML trigger to do this.

You can use use GP Power Tools to set up a trigger that can email you whenever specific changes to tables are made.

I have a customer who is emailed any time a customer credit limit is changed.

We have Rockton, and I'd be interested in knowing how to do this.  We didn't get any training, so would appreciate some guidance.

    Thank you

    Hi @Robin Arveson

Rockton is usually pretty good with answering questions if you have them.

If you go to their site there are some videos, but also phone numbers to contact them and ask for specifics.

Rockton has several tools, so you may not own the Rockton Auditor which is what you would need for this.

If you don't own Rockton Auditor, @David Musgrave 's tools are a great price and very, very good as well.

When did those payment terms get changed? Who gave this employee an unauthorized raise? Where? How? Why? Let us help you answer all of those questions and more with Auditor, a simple (yet robust) data-change management tool.
