    Hello all,

    I am trying to run my department reports using the "Finanical, Account & Transaction" detail level

    For some reason, the Transaction details are not downloading?  Is there as setting that I am forgetting to select?

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks!
    Joe

    You can check your Row Definitions and make sure NP has been removed from Print Control.

    @Joe Braun,

    Have you created or run reports with Transaction-level detail before? I ask because you have to drill down a ways to get to the transaction level.

    Hi Steve, yes I have run the report with Transaction level before.  Unsure what has changed and thought maybe someone else has experienced this before?

    @Joe Braun

    The previous two respondents have a point.

    MR is crazy flaky though so if all else fails try and rebuild your datamart.

    I find that rebuilding the DM fixes about everything weird like this.

    If you have already run this report before and it worked fine, then Jo's suggestion is probably the best. Rebuild the datamart and it probably resolves.

    Please make sure your COLUMN has a PERIODIC (monthly) column as no transactions are brought into a YTD column.
