    Hi Jennifer,

To create a new smart list, you need to have access to on, or both smart list builder or SQL. If you have the security for smart list builder, it then is just pulling the information from the tables that you need. It is a little confusing to use at first, but you can always use the F1 key, to open the help window. I primarily use SQL for my smart lists.

Depending on what you want in your SmartList, you may not have to go with  SmartList Builder or Designer. Can you let us know what module you want it built from and what columns you need in it?

I need a smart list created in the field service module.  I need the contract number, customer name, address, weather it is a monthly or a yearly service and price for each service billed currently.

Are rates are going up so the owner wants to see what customer we are billing at the old rate the GP so he can estimate how many customers we will loose when are rates go up.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Jennifer
