Biography:

I've been working in the IT industry for over 15 years. My experience includes programming, technical writing, business analysis, accounting support and, of course, supporting GP. I'm located in Houston Texas.

I have been working with Great Plains since 2002 when I was brought into a company to implement the software. I quickly learned the software and after being laid off from that company, became a Partner for a small firm in South Florida. I became certified with GP 8.0 and soon moved to Texas where I'm now employed at the corporate office of a Restaurant chain. I support not only GP but other financial applications. The company has been using GP since 2005 when they switched from SAP. We are still on GP 8.00 but I am planning on upgrading to 10.0 sometime over the next year.
