Biography:

Melisse Merrell started her career at New Belgium Brewing in the Finance and Accounting department in 1996. She fulfilled several roles in finance during her eight years there before transitioning into the IT department as a Business Systems Analyst in 2005. Currently, Melisse overseas the growing use of Microsoft Dynamics GP as an enterprise wide solution. Melisse resides in Fort Collins, CO. She graduated from Washington College in Maryland with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Economics. New Belgium, makers of Fat Tire Amber Ale and a host of Belgian-inspired beers, is the 3rd- largest craft brewery in the nation. New Belgium strives to be a business role model through progressive programs like open book management and and employee ownership. New Belgium was the country's first fully wind-powered brewery.

New Belgium has used Dynamics GP since 1997. In the past 3 years we have widen the scope of GP outside of the accounting department. We have implemented a warehouse/inventory management system and are in the process of implementing the GP Manufacturing modules. We are always looking for ways to make sure we are using our investment in GP to the fullest.
