Biography:

I have twenty plus years of Financial Accounting in a Healthcare setting as a Controller, Director, and CFO. I have been heavily involved in the day to day financial and operations management of several large companies. I have directly Managed anywhere form 25 to 300 employees over the years. Much of my time has been spent re-engineering and rebuilding the companies I have worked for. Public speaking is a way of life for me, as well as, putting in the extra effort to make sure a task gets done right the first time.

Sta-home implemented GP in 2001. I was hired in 2003. The system was not set up correctly in the beginning and thus the data produced was inaccurate. I spent the first 6 months correcting mapping errors and debugging the system. Some of the items found were installation errors and some were "undocumented" software features! When I first came to Sta-home, the company wanted to throw the GP system in the trash. After working out all the bugs, I was able to show them the benefit of keeping the GP system.
