Biography:

I was born in former USSR (now it's Uzbekistan) I graduated from University in Tashkent-city with Master Degree in economics and statistics. In 1994 I came into USA with my family. I used to work in different companies as VB consulting, then Oracle DBA and MS SQL Sr. DBA. Joined US Fund For UNICEF in 1999. I am married a have 3 kids.

I have been working with the Great Plains software from 1999. Started as Database Administrator, I had lot of projects within the software. I leaded the update from 6.0 to 7.5, then from GP 7.5 to GP 9. Now I am working with a test environment to update to GP 10 (in April). I was nominated by AMEX for the MS Award in innovation of technology. I deal with all levels of support users in the GP, security, reporting. We implemented MS SQL reporting services across the company and integrated it with Fund raising applications.
