Biography:

Barry Bennett joined Malibu Boats LLC as Inventory Control Manager in 2000. Malibu Boats is the world's leading manufacturer of water ski and wakeboard boats. Malibu has 400 employees and manufacturing plants in Merced, CA and Loudon, TN as well as Aubrey, Australia.

Mr. Bennett set up and implemented inventory control, purchase order processing and manufacturing modules in Great Plains. With help from the supply chain within Malibu, he revamped inventory processes and purchasing procedures to leverage GP's capabilities. He has successfully implemented MRP to manage Malibu's nearly $100 million annual spend. He took on Purchasing Manager duties in 2005 as the MRP system came on line. Prior to Malibu Boats he held various engineering, customer service and management positions in the utility sector. He participated in the design and implementation of two other ERP systems while in those previous positions.
